The Life-Repolyuse Project was presented at the 3rd RILEM Convention and Spring Conference, RSCC2020, organized by the University of Minho, in Guimarães, between March 10 and 14, 2020.
The event combines the meetings of RILEM’s permanent committees (TAC, DAC, DEV, Bureau), with several meetings of RILEM’s technical committee (TC).
The program is closely related to the most critical challenges facing humanity today that are related to RILEM’s activity. “Ambition for a Sustainable Future for the Built Environment: Comprehensive Strategies for Unprecedented Challenges
Javier Garabito, member of the LIFE-REPOLYUSE team (LIFE16 ENV/ES/000254), presented the paper “Analysis of prefabricated materials made with polyurethane roof wastes from vehicles” within the theme “Change to a circular economy”.
Victor Miguel Bernabé also presented the paper “Sustainable polyurethane plasterboard for construction” under the topic “New materials and structures for ultra durability”.
